Its been 2 months. I'm sure I've gained! I know that's terrible.
Since I left I've been diagnosed with high blood pressure. GO ME! Not! I just completely gave up and went running the other way.
Today, I decided it was time to start back up. I went for a nice walk. 45 minutes! Go Me for REAL! I stopped a few times for a couple pics, because that's what I do!

Yes, I'm wearing the same shirt as last time! LOL It's COMFY!

These are the running shorts from walmart. I'm wearing the largest size they carry (in regular sizes, not plus) and they are too tight. I have decided to walk (and eventually run) until they fit. I might pick up a second pair, since these will most likely stretch and make that inaccurate! LOL

Just for fun, a pretty view from my driveway! I made it home just as those clouds brought some rain. Would have been nice to walk in it, but I had my phone and camera!

A hot walk

I set 2 goals for myself. The first is to not drink any soda. I stopped 5 days ago. I messed up once and told myself then that I will NOT go back to my same thought process "I already messed up might as well quit". I decided to keep going. Yesterday was supposed to be my first day walking. It didnt happen. Today, I walked. Yes I waited until 3pm. Yes it was super hot. Yes it sucked. I did it though!
Soooo here I am looking "hot"... This was on the way back to the house.

The Beginning

This is the beginning of a journey. One that I have started over and over. I am 3 lbs under the heaviest I have ever weighed, and that was a year ago. I started this journey then, and I failed. I have crept back up and here I am 3lbs away from where I started.
The purpose of this blog is to keep myself accountable, as well as to be able to look back in a year or 2 and see how far I have come. The goal is to lose 100lbs, and in the process take 100 pictures of myself give or take a few. Most likely I will take many more photos, and it is possible I'll never reach 100lbs lost, but the point is to start, to get healthy, and to SEE CHANGE IN MYSELF!
So here I go.
